Book Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unread, unused, and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact Price Wright Ministries before sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your book is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Signed and Personalized Books
Signed or personalized books are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the personalization does not match the original order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned book has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Digital Products
Digital books, downloadable devotionals, courses, and other electronic products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds after access or download has been provided.
Return Shipping
Books should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged before they reach us.
